City Board Gives Approval to Allston Science Complex Plans

Harvard University has received the approval from the Board of Directors of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) for plans for the Harvard Allston Science Complex. The four building complex, to be located on Western Avenue in Allston, is slated to become the new home of the Harvard Stem Cell Institute and other emerging interdisciplinary scientific initiatives at Harvard. Harvard University Submits Multi-decade Master Plan for Harvard in Allston

Harvard University unveiled a vision for its future, filing with the City of Boston a proposed Institutional Master Plan for the first stage of the physical evolution of an interdisciplinary campus in Allston, including new areas for science, professional schools, the arts, and housing, as well as new open spaces and amenities for the community.
